Stargazing on the Bay: Perseids Meteor Shower

Stargazers, join us on the Bay for our favorite summertime meteor shower. The Perseids will dazzle under a new moon! We'll set out at sunset and raft up together under dark skies near Kent Island before heading home later the same night.

We have a handful of generous skippers hosting from Calypso and private boats, sailing from marinas in Annapolis, Galesville and Deale. We'll assign crew to boats once registration closes. We'll announce your skippers, their exact locations and meet-up times (around sunset) based on your assigned boat.

This event is weather-dependent! We'll make a go/no-go decision at noon on the day of.
