Keel Boat Racing Skipper Mentoring Program

The purpose of this program is provide an opportunity for aspiring keel boat skippers to progress toward designation as a SCOW Keelboat Racing Skipper through an apprenticeship or mentoring process with significant time as crew and skipper under instruction during DISC keel boat races.

The following criteria apply to prospective candidates.

1. Be current SCOW certified Flying Scot skipper.

2. Be a current SCOW certified Cruiser skipper. 

3. Have significant amount of experience as skipper of record for SCOW Flying Scot races and/or local Flying Scot regattas.
